The most romantic things to do with your partner on a low budget Of no particular order: 1. Resting your head on his shoulder on a bus ride back home, after a long day's work - $0.60 -$1.80 (bus fare) 2. Waking up in the middle of the night to watch him sleep...*) - $0 *) Note: this only applies at normal sleeping hours (i.e. at night, for most people). Seriously, people sleeping outside normal sleeping hours simply look like a piggy. 3. ... and kiss him gently without waking him up - $0 4. Having dinner & taking a stroll at the University where you first got to know each other $1.80 - $3.50 (depends on what you have for dinner) 5. Watching sunset together from the top of Central Library - $0 6. Rush to the other end of the island to catch sunrise $3 - $28 (depends on what kind of transportation you're taking) 7. Have him accompany you to office/lab when you need to work on a weekend - $0.60 - $1.80 (bus/MRT fare) 8. Have him send you to the MRT and pick you up when you're done with your god-forsaken-hours experiments - $0 - $8 (walking back home or taking a cab) 9.
